Body flex support group forum

The forums online that could be accessed were completely useless and uninformative.  Out of the twenty hits received, only three actually opened.  They also didn’t answer any questions I wanted answered.  However, I found, in this fruitless search for body flex support group forums, I didn’t need them after all.

If ever I needed support, I’ve always turned toward my mother, who has always supported me in every choice I’ve ever made.  I never had to look towards a stranger to get the support I need when I could just pick up a phone and call Mom.  Not only that, but on the Body Flex official site, they had several inspirational stories, which I find also supportive.  I would only turn to those, however, if my mother just doesn’t know what to say.  And that happens.

Family members are the best people to turn to if ever you need support.  But I know as well as you know that most family life isn’t always peachy keen, or perfect.  That’s why the Body Flex site has inspirational stories that move you so much that you can continue with your diet and exercise.  When you feel it’s not working, or you have doubts about how you’re going about your routine, just look at these stories and you’re sure to feel better in no time.

Most people turn to the forums for support, when they feel they can’t turn to their family, or they don’t have any family to turn too.  And this is all well and good, but when the forums are this badly created, and this badly neglected, they harm more than they help.

Another form of support you can turn to would be friends.  Friends, good friends, are always there through thick and thin.  True friends are there to give you a shoulder to cry on when your boyfriend dumps you.  Your friends are there to help you find the man that treated you so badly.  While you are so angry and want to pound your fists into his chest and knock him to the ground, they are there to hold you back and keep you out of trouble.  Your friends show you support by inviting you over to their house to talk about your problems and see if there is, in some small way, that they can help you.  They reassure you that they are always there for you.
