Bodybuilding junior
Bodybuilding junior is term given to the techniques of bodybuilding that have been undertaken by teens. Today bodybuilding junior has become a very popular sport in many countries across the world. More and more teens across the world are taking up bodybuilding just for recreation or to enhance their personality or to take part in local, national and international competitions across the world.
Hollywood stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone have played a very important role in inspiring the juniors to take up bodybuilding. However the teens should not forget that bodybuilding is a very serious sport if one wants to pursue it as a full time career. It is better that the teen approaches a professional bodybuilding coach who will give him proper training and will help the teen achieve his goals.
For bodybuilding junior, the teen has to follow a set routine of exercises as instructed by his gym instructor. There are many teens who start off exercising in their rooms. But then after sometime, they are better of going to the gym as they can receive the right kind of training. At the gym, the teen is given a workout plan for bodybuilding junior. For example, on day one he will have to do chest and triceps. On day two, there will be a workout for the biceps and the back. On day three, the teen will have to workout on the shoulders and the traps. And on day 4 he will have to do various exercises of the legs. Hence we see that each exercise group is geared towards building up muscle mass in the different parts of the body.
However building of muscle mass is not the only important thing. You also have to sculpt the muscle mass for junior bodybuilding competitions. Judges judge you on the basis of a lot of factors like posing, sculpting of muscle mass, etc. Also bodybuilding exercises are not enough. Bodybuilding junior also requires the intake of bodybuilding supplements that will help to add protein to the muscles. Safe bodybuilding supplements are very necessary for bodybuilding junior. However the teen should stay away from steroids as these can have harmful effects in the later stages. The teens should remember that positive results can only be achieved through hard work and not short cuts like steroids which can in fact do more harm than good. In the end, always remember not to give up and pursue your dream seriously.
