Firm flex body jake
Does Firm Flex Body Jake really help you to lose weight and keep it off? Will you really tone your muscles and get that great swimsuit model body that the commercials promise you? Probably not. There aren’t many programs out there that actually will. Firm Flex Body Jake is just one of literally hundreds of exercise programs out there that promise amazing results fast, and though the program itself will work- all exercise programs will help you lose weight- it won’t let you eat pizza and burgers and hot dogs and still lose weight.
Exercise alone is never enough to lose weight, you can’t get easy results in a few short weeks, and it’s never a good idea to just jump right into an exercise program without consulting your doctor first. It took years to put on the weight, and it’ll take quite a while to take it back off again- losing more than about a pound a week has actually been scientifically proven to be dangerous to you; remember, your body has to make up for the weight you lose, compensate for the lower amount of calories that you take in, and get used to getting skinny again.
The commercials on T.V. are all true- they have to be in order to be aired, but what they don’t tell you is just how long these people have been following the program guidelines, how hard it was for them, or the drawbacks of suddenly losing 20, 30, 40, or more pounds in so short a period of time. It takes a lot of time and effort to lose that much weight that quickly, and it can make you sick- to lose the amount of weight that these people have, you have to just about cut your calories in half or more, and exercise yourself vigorously for more than just a week or so. It takes years to gain the weight; it should take about a week per pound to take it back off again.
The bottom line is this: Don’t do anything without first consulting your physician, don’t expect to lose weight in amazing proportions, don’t starve yourself, and don’t give up on it- losing weight and getting physically fit is a goal that will take a lot of time and effort to achieve. Your body will tell you if you’re doing a good job or not- listen to it.
